Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in two clicks. You keep your paid features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically move to the free Starter plan. Your data stays safe — nothing is deleted.

Nothing is deleted. Customers and contracts are unlimited on every plan, so those are never at risk. If you have more than 2 vehicles when you downgrade to Starter (or more than 10 vehicles when downgrading to Office), the extra vehicle records become read-only. You can still view, export, and print them — you just can't add more until you upgrade again.

Yes. If you're unhappy within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, email business@carceo.pro and we'll refund you in full. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime — you just won't be charged for the next cycle.

No. The price you see is the total price. No per-vehicle fees, no per-user fees, no transaction fees on contracts. WhatsApp comes with 25 free messages per month included; if you send more, you can top up at cost.

All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and SEPA debit (in eligible countries). Local methods like iDEAL, Bancontact, and others are auto-detected by Stripe based on your country.
